Return Policy

Capital Products LLC shall provide Return Materials Authorization (RMA) to original purchaser for all authorized returns. It shall be the responsibility of the original purchaser to obtain written RMA authorization to return merchandise. RMA requests must be sent via email only to: Sales@safe-touchsystem.com.

All RMA requests must include:

  • Original Invoice #
  • Customer name, address, email address, and telephone number
  • Product description
  • Reason for return

Items must be returned to address provided on RMA. All shipping labels must be clearly marked with RMA number.

Items returned without RMA number clearly displayed on all boxes will be refused for delivery and returned to the sender freight collect.

All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

Photos displaying condition of returned items may be required prior to approval.

All returned merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from issuance of RMA.

A 25% handling and restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for prepaid shipping on all returned items.

Items that arrive without prepaid shipping will be refused.

Return Exceptions

Returns cannot be accepted if they are not in their original packaging with all original contents.

Returns cannot be accepted if they are damaged, modified, have been installed, or are otherwise not in their original condition.

Shipping and Freight Damage

Every single item that leaves our warehouse is individually inspected for damage before being loaded on a truck. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the merchandise upon receipt. Every package that is received should be inspected for any exterior damage to the packaging prior to signing for it. If any damage is visible, the box should be opened and contents inspected before signing for it. Damage to the product without noticeable damage to the exterior of the box is extremely rare. In the event of concealed damage, the customer will need to submit pictures for the damaged product as well as its packaging within 5 days of delivery or the claim will be denied by the carrier.
